Issue Date: April 26, 2018
Beverly H. "Bubs" (Ehlers) Angelich, 89, of Oconto, passed away Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at Woodland Villages in Oconto, with family at her side.
Born Sept. 27, 1928 in Oconto, to the late Allan and Madge (Wheeler) Ehlers, she was a longtime resident of Oconto and married her high school sweet heart, Pete Angelich on Oct. 23, 1948 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Oconto.
Nicknamed Bubs to match her bubbly personality, her love for family showed in all the times up north in Townsend, "Oleo Acres", swimming, pontooning and laughing around the campfire. She enjoyed painting, ceramics, a good card game and her courage poured out much love, even without her ability to communicate.
She is survived by two children, Kathy (Bruce) Kelley, Rhinelander and Al Angelich, Townsend; three siblings, Bunny Maloney, Oconto and Bill (Carmen) Ehlers and Deb Brozek, both of Townsend and five grandchildren.
No services will be held. Gallagher Funeral Home of Oconto is assisting the family.
