Harry E. Clark Sr., 88, of Rural Mishicot, passed away Monday morning, July 2, 2018 at Aurora Medical Center in Green Bay.
Born Nov. 12, 1929 in Grover, to the late Clarence and Edna Schroeder Clark, he was a lifelong area resident and married the former Edith Vanidestine on Sept. 5, 1947 in Peshtigo.
He owned and operated the family farm in the Town of Mishicot for many years and also worked as a truck driver for Hamilton Manufacturing Co. and Universal Wire. He enjoyed his hobby farm, reading, playing Dominos, and bowling.
He is survived by his wife, Edith; two daughters and three sons-in-law, Janet and Russell Grant of Oshkosh, Shirley and Vic Vigue, of Tisch Mills and Bob Litersky, of Mishicot, three sons, Harry Clark Jr. and Allen Clark, both of Mishicot and Glen Clark, of Kewaunee; 13 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; three sisters, Betty, June and Lois and nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Susan Litersky and a sister, Joyce.
Relatives and friends called at Lakeshore Methodist Church in Manitowoc on Saturday, July 7 from 10 a.m. until time of the funeral services at 11 a.m. Pastor Carly Kunz officiated with entombment in Knollwood Mausoleum in Manitowoc. The Lambert Eckert Funeral Home of Mishicot assisted the family with arrangements.
