Gertrude "Trudy" (Fischer) Tetzlaff, 91, of Wescott Lake, Town of Bagley, passed away Monday, May 14, 2018 at Woodlands of Suring.
She was born to the late Paul and Rose (Urf) Fischer September 25, 1926 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She married Arthur Tetzlaff August 25, 1956 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Milwaukee.
The couple owned and operated the Wescott Lake Bar for over 22 years until retirement. Arthur preceded Trudy in death January 25, 2000.
Trudy enjoyed bowling and spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews. She was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church, Suring.
Trudy is survived by 4 nieces; 4 nephews and many great-nieces, great- nephews, other relatives and friends.
Trudy was preceded in death by her parents; 3 brothers, Steve, Paul and Charlie Fischer and one nephew.
The family will greet relatives and friends on Thursday, August 2, 2018 at Rhodes Charapata Funeral Home, 235 East Main St., Coleman, WI 54112 from 2 P.M. until the time of the Memorial Service at 3 P.M. Trudy will be placed to rest at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Cemetery.
