Brent T. Aderholdt, 31, of Gillett, passed away Friday, July 20, 2018.
Born July 12, 1987, to Tammie Szalewski and Steve Aderholdt, he graduated from Pulaski High School in 2006 and worked many jobs before being employed at Northeast Asphalt for the past five years. He was a proud member of the Operating Engineers Local 139 Union.
On Jan. 23, 2016, he married Jessica Van Gheem in Krakow and over a year later, they renewed their vows on June 10, 2017.
He enjoyed his work, ice fishing, hunting, spending time outdoors and time with family and friends. He was proud of his 1949 John Deere B Tractor, but mostly his children were the pride of his life and he loved every moment spent with them.
He is survived by his wife, Jessica; two children, Bowen and Madysen and unborn daughter, McKenna; his parents, Tammie (Ric) Szalewski and Steve Aderholdt; a brother, Clayton Aderholdt; a step-brother and sister, Alec Szalewski and Hailey Szalewski; maternal grandmother, Marie Wolf; paternal grandparents, Clifford and Karen Aderholdt; in-laws, Howard and Nancy Van Gheem; sisters-in-law, Jamie (Travis) Athey and Mindy (Michael) Athey; Godparents, Amy Wolf and Russell Wolf; special friend, Larry (Virginia) Zimmerman and many aunts; uncles; cousins; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Paul Wolf; an uncle, Charlie Aderholdt and his great-grandparents.
Visitation will be held Thursday, July 26 at Gruetzmacher Funeral Home, 116 South Krueger Street, Suring from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Visitation will continue on Friday, July 27, 2018 at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Breed, 13346 County Road AA, Suring from 9 a.m. until time of the funeral service at noon, with Pastor Paul Scheunemann officiating. Interment will be in Breed Union Cemetery next to his grandfather Paul at a later date.
