Michael Cronick Sr., 70, of Daggett, Mi., passed away Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2018 at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay.
Born Oct. 22, 1947 in Norway, Mi., to the late Wilfred and Bertha (Zahn) Cronick, he married Linda Zimmerman on Sept. 30, 1972 in Faithhorn Mi. and she preceded him in death on Nov. 3, 1997. He was a welder and farmer his whole life.
A member of the American Legion in Hermansville, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, time with family and being outdoors.
He is survived by a son Michael (Nicole) Cronick, Jr. of Marinette; two daughters, Michelle (Dennis) Dahl and Melissa (Erik) Johnson, both of Daggett, Mi.; seven grandchildren; six sisters; three brothers; five sisters-in-law and two brothers-in-law.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Linda; two brothers; a sister and a sister-in-law.
Visitation was held Sunday, Oct. 21, 2018 at Anderson Diehm Funeral Home in Stephenson, Mi. from 3 p.m. until time of a Vigil Service at 5 p.m. Visitation continued on Monday, Oct. 22 at the funeral home from 9 a.m. to 9:45 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at Precious Blood Catholic Church in Stephenson. Fr. Ron Timock officiated with burial in Maple Grove Cemetery Oakwood. Acts of kindness or sympathy can be directed to his children.
