Deborah A. (Johnson) Ganter, 60, of Marinette passed away Monday, Nov. 12, 2018.
Born Aug. 13, 1958 in Menominee, Mi., to Ronald and Mary (Bruso) Johnson, she worked for many years as a CNA and her greatest joy came from taking care of others.
She enjoyed gardening, cooking and volunteer work with her mother.
She is survived by her mother, Mary Johnson; her step-father, Melvin Tipler of Marinette; children, Heather (Ed) Lansin of Coleman, Michael Thieben and Eric Thieben, both of Marinette and William "Billy" Ganter of Coleman; four grandchildren; a brother, Gary (Lisa) Johnson of Marinette and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Johnson and a brother, James "Red" Johnson.
Visitation will be held at Abundant Life Church, 1406 10th Ave., Menominee on Wednesday, Nov. 14 from 2:30 p.m. until time of the services at 4 p.m., with Pastor David Pennell officiating. Thielen Funeral Home of Marinette is assisting the family with arrangements.
