THE CITY REBORN FROM THE ASHES OF AMERICA'S MOST DISASTROUS FOREST FIRE
Issue Date: November 29, 2018
Thanks to members of the Peshtigo Lions Club, the manger scene at Triangle Park in Peshtigo is ready for the Christmas Season. The idea for the manger scene was started many years ago by the late Howard Harper. He constructed the manger scene and for many years did all the work to put it up. The Howard Harper family even donated the statues used in the display. Eventually the Peshtigo Lions Club took over the project of getting the display ready for the Christmas Season. Pictured left to right are Lions members Dale Edlbeck and Tom Gryzwa as they put the finishing touches on the display.
