Barbara Ann Oehler, 80, of Marinette, passed away Thursday, Nov. 15, 2018.
Born June 16, 1938, to Gerald and Marion (Boerner) Oehler, she graduated from Marinette High School and worked at Scott Paper Co. and Emerson Electric where she was a well-liked and valued employee.
After retirement she moved to Texas where she could be in the warm sun to cultivate plants and orchids year round. She then returned to her home in Marinette to be near her family.
A loving mother, hard worker and loyal friend, she was a skilled cook, talented in many areas and enjoyed knitting gifts for those she loved.
She is survived by three sons, George, Gerry (Marie) and Geff (Mary Jo) Litts; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; four siblings, Marjean Jozaitis, Brian G. (Mary Jane) Oehler, Virginia Knoeck and Bette Harbick and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Edward Oehler.
A Memorial for family and close friends will be held at Hansen Onion Martell Funeral Home in Marinette on Saturday, Dec. 1 at 11 a.m.
