Kenneth Lee Crawford, Sr., 94, passed away Monday, Nov. 19, 2018 at Harbour Manor in Noblesville, Ind.
Born Nov. 9, 1924 in Oconto, to the late Gilbert and Julia (Waterbrook) Crawford, he married Matie FitzGerald on May 25, 1945 and they owned and operated Evergreen Farms for over 50 years.
He served as Church pianist and elder for over 60 years and was a foster parent for four children through the years. He was a member of Christ's Community Church of Seventh Day-Adventist in Lena.
He is survived by a daughter, Vickie Aubry, Oconto; a daughter-in-law, Jewel Crawford, Carmel, Ind.; a sister-in-law, Florence FitzGerald, Chicago, Ill.; six grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Including his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Matie; a son, Ken and a brother, Chester.
The family will receive relatives and friends at Christ's Community Church of Seventh-Day Adventist, 538 Harley St., Lena on Sunday, Dec. 2 from 9 a.m. until time of the funeral services at 11 a.m., with Pastor Rick Binford officiating. Memorials can be made to Christ's Community Church of Seventh-Day Adventist. Gallagher Funeral Home of Oconto is assisting the family with arrangements.
