THE CITY REBORN FROM THE ASHES OF AMERICA'S MOST DISASTROUS FOREST FIRE
Middle Inlet Board Meets On Feb. 14
Issue Date: February 14, 2019
At its regular 7:30 p.m. monthly meeting on Thursday, Feb. 14, Middle Inlet Town board is expected to adopt resolutions which finalize the Fire Department's membership in the Marinette County Mutual Aid Box Alarm System (MABAS). With the MABAS system, fire departments can put out pre-determined requests for whatever types of aid they require while leaving the responding department with enough personnel and equipment to fight fires that may occur in their own service areas.
The rest of the agenda is quite standard, with time for public comment and a review of compliance action developed for "problem' properties in the town. There may be reports on finances and bills, roads, Plan Commission, Fire Department, garbage and recycling, town hall and cemetery.
