Marie A. (Peters) Usher, 83, of Wausaukee, passed away unexpectedly Friday, Feb. 8, 2019 at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay.
Born Aug. 29, 1935 in Milwaukee, to the late Cornelius and Myrtle (Schmidt) Peters, she enjoyed fishing with her husband Lloyd, playing cribbage every Wednesday and Texas Hold'em every Tuesday and peace and quiet of the Northwoods.
She is survived by a son, Robert (Gail) Thelen III of West Milwaukee; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a brother, Wallace (Judy) Peters; special friends, Gary and Julie Van Camp of Freedom and all her card playing friends.
Including her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd and a son, Alan.
Family and friends visited at Roubal Funeral Home in Wausaukee on Wednesday, Feb. 13 from noon until time of the funeral service at 1 p.m., with Pastor Gene Wickman officiating.
