Jim Reno, 71, of Green Bay, formerly of Menominee, Mi., passed away Sunday, Feb. 3, 2019 at Bellin Memorial Hospital in Green Bay.
Born Jan. 18, 1948 in Menominee, Mi., to the late Wallace and Leone (Padgett) Reno, he graduated from Marinette Catholic Central High School in 1966.
A talented musician, he preformed locally and throughout the mid-west. He worked as an account manager in the hospitality industry including hotels in Chicago, New Orleans and Florida. From Florida, he moved to Green Bay to be closer to family. He enjoyed many sunny days at the family cottage on Shakey Lakes and entertaining friends and family with his humor.
He is survived by two sisters, Sharon Boyer of Green Bay and Deb (Rich) Brown of Menominee; a brother, Gary (Linda) Reno of Menominee; a niece, Amy Jo (Chad) Koonce and their children, Abigail and Olivia and great-nephews, Sebastian and Declan Reno and other family members and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a nephew, Eric Reno.
Per his wishes, a private service was held. Cadieu Funeral Home of Menominee assisted the family with arrangements.
