William "Bill" Rader, age 93, of Crivitz, passed away at home on February 16, 2019.
He was born to the late William and Flavia Rader on January 6, 1926. Bill graduated from Roseville High School in Michigan. He was drafted by the United States Army where he proudly served his country in a Tanker Division in the Battle of The Bulge.
He returned home and worked with his father at the Van Zeeland Pheasant Farm West of Crivitz. William was then employed at Miller Brewing Company in Milwaukee and upon retirement Bill returned to Crivitz.
He is survived by two sisters, Marilyn (Paul) Habeck Green Bay and Shirley (Bruce) Addison Deerfield WI; his nieces, Maureen Motiff, Laura (Patrick) Geigel Green Bay, Amy (Dave) Bilsky Cottage Grove; nephews, Mark (Debra) Habeck Pelican Lake and Guy Addison, Deerfield. Bill was a loving and caring son, brother and uncle.
The family will greet relatives and friends at the Rhodes Charapata Funeral Home in Crivitz on Saturday February 23rd from 10 - 11 AM. The service will be at 11 AM with Pastor David Pleuss officiating.
