Mary C. (Kowalkowski) Millan, 90, of Armstrong Creek, passed away Friday, Feb. 15, 2019 at the Florence Heath Service in Florence.
Born April 20, 1928 in Armstrong Creek, to John and Caroline (Bienias) Kowalkowski, she married Joseph John Millan on Sept. 7, 1946 and he preceded her in death on April 5, 1991.
Survivors include two sons, Joseph Millan Jr. (Donna Tieves), Armstrong Creek and Edward Millan (Sandy Aspey), Fence; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Rose (Joseph) Bernas, Ann Kowalkowski and Bernice (Buddy) Dagenais; eight brothers, Frank (Ann) Kowalkowski, Vincent (Evelyn) Kowalkowski, Walter (Evelyn) Kowalkowski, Andrew (Bernice) Kowalkowski, Joseph (Elizabeth) Kowalkowski and Ben (Rosemary) Kowalkowski and at an early age, Adam and Adolph Kowalkowski.
Visitation will be held at St. Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Church in Armstrong Creek from 10 a.m. until time of a Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 27, with Fr. Timothy Brandt officiating. Weber Hill Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
