Tyco Hosting Open House On Groundwater Issues

In their continuing response to concerns over groundwater contamination in parts of the City of Marinette and the Town of Peshtigo, Johnson Controls, Inc. and Tyco Industries are hosting an open house and community update from 6 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, March 13 at Embers 1871, which is located at W3529 County Road B, at the west edge of the City of Peshtigo.
Representatives from Tyco, the Department of Natural Resources, the Department of Health Services, and Arcadis will update the community on recent results, current activities and next steps related to Tyco's ongoing environmental investigation in the area, according to Jim Cox, Johnson Controls Senior Manager for Marketing Communications.
Cox said doors will open at 6 p.m. for the open house and the project update presentation will begin at 6:30 p.m. A question and answer period will immediately follow the presentation.
