Harold Broderick, 70, of Pound, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, April 4, 2019 near Wausau due to a car accident.
Born June 17, 1948, to the late Wilbert and Lucille (Krause) Broderick, he graduated from Coleman High School in 1966 and worked at Patz Manufacturing for several years and then at the canning company in Coleman. With his love of being in the woods, he moved on to work in full time logging.
He married Margaret Hutchinson on Oct. 9, 1979 and they were together for 39 years. He enjoyed working and deer hunting.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret; two sons, Lucas (Ashley) of Pound and Adam (Tammy) of Iowa; two granddaughters; a sister, Nancy (Clifford) Patz and two brothers, James (Carol) and David (Kris) Broderick.
The family greeted relatives and friends at Beaver American Lutheran Church on Tuesday, April 9 from 10 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 2 p.m. Pastor Christina Forsyth officiated with burial in Beaver American Lutheran Cemetery.
