Mark A. Zenil, 66, of Marinette, passed away unexpectedly Monday, April 15, 2019 at Bay Area Medical Center.
Born July 10, 1952 in West Allis, to Alexander and Genevieve (Firkus) Zenil, for most of his life, he lived in Milwaukee with his wife and three children. He worked as a welder for 30 years, retiring from Tower Automotive.
Once retired, they moved to Marinette where he enjoyed hunting, fishing and living on the river.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Diane (Bailey); three children, Dana (Kathleen) Zenil of Sheboygan and Tracy Zenil and Mark Zenil, Jr., both of Marinette; two grandchildren; a brother, Armine (Carol) Zenil of Porterfield and a sister, Beverly (Andy) Anderson of Malone.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Lorraine Schmidt.
Friends may call at Hansen Onion Martell Funeral Home in Marinette on Friday, April 19 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. followed by a memorial service led by Deacon Chuck Schumacher.
