Norma J. (Peterson) Pecor, 84, of Marinette, passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at the Luther Home.
Born May 30, 1934 in Menominee, Mi., to the late Carl and Ella (Fleury) Peterson, she attended Marinette schools. She married Thorton Pecor on Nov. 17, 1966 in Menominee, Mi. and he preceded her in death on Dec. 7, 2005.
They worked together commercial fishing for over 30 years until retiring. She also worked at Ellis' Big Chicken, Pederson Fish for four years, Marinette Senior Center for four years in the kitchen and Curry's IGA Foods.
She enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing pool and bingo, but mostly loved time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by a son, Wally (Sherry) Jacques of Marinette; two daughters, Julie Clubb of Menominee and Darlene (Wayne) Williams of Marinette; a brother, Gary (Carol) Peterson; four grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, Thorton, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Terrie Hallfrisch; four brothers and five sisters.
Visitation will be held at Thielen Funeral Home in Marinette on Wednesday, April 17 from 4 p.m. until time of the funeral services at 6 p.m., with Deacon Jerome Thetreau officiating. Burial will be in Glenwood Memorial Gardens in Marinette.
