Deirdre (Johnson) Linder, 49, of Carney, Mi., passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2019.
Born Dec. 15, 1969 in Minnesota, to the late Daryl and Karen (Rathke) Johnson, she graduated from Carney Nadeau High School. She married Kenneth Linder Jr. and worked at Lloyd Flanders.
A native of Carney, she loved watching her children play sports and enjoyed gardening, creating flower gardens at her home, had a generous heart and loved helping out the elderly. She was easy going and had an infectious laugh.
She is survived by her husband, Ken of Carney; four children, Mason, Kage, Chase and Shae; a sister, Stephanie (Edward "Hammer") Chartier and four brothers, Tim (Hazel) Johnson, Olaf (Haimamot) Johnson, Matthew Johnson and Erik (Melissa) Johnson.
Visitation was held Sunday, April 14 at Anderson Diehm Funeral Home in Stephenson from 2 p.m. until time of Military Honors conducted by Stephenson and Carney Legion at 5 p.m., followed by a Prayer Service with Jerry Piche officiating. A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Monday, April 15 at St. Bruno Catholic Church in Nadeau at 10 a.m. Fr. Jacek Wtyklo officiated with burial in Maple Grove Cemetery in Oakwood.
