Elizabeth "Betty Ann" (Bernardy) Edlbeck, 89, of Wausaukee, passed away Monday June 3, 2019.
Born April 28, 1930 in Marinette, to the late Albert and Julia (O'Neil) Bernardy, she married her husband Richard on June 24,1950 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Walsh and he preceded her in death on Oct. 10, 2005.
An avid cribbage player, she loved round table discussions and baking, had a wonderful sense of humor and enjoyed watching the Green Bay Packers. Sunday dinners were always at Gramma Betty's.
Survivors include six children, Dale (Bonnie) Edlbeck of Marinette, Mary Jo (Ward) Parmenter of Crivitz, Patrick (Michelle) Edlbeck of Porterfield and Jeannie (Mark) Taylor, Bill (Karren) Edlbeck and Lori (Griz) Taylor, all of Wausaukee; 16 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; one great great-grandchild and many extended family and friends.
Including her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard "Dick" a grandson, Tony; five brothers and three sisters.
Family and friends may call at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Wausaukee on Friday June 7 from 11 a.m. until time of a Mass of Christian Burial at 2 p.m. Fr. Frederick Sserugga will preside with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be be made to St. Jude in her name. Roubal Funeral Home of Wausaukee is assisting the family with arrangements.
