Jeffrey Scott Kososki, 63, of Niagara, passed away Monday, July 15, 2019 at Dickinson County Health Care System.
Born Sept, 1, 1955, to the late Joseph and Alice (Polivka) Kososki, he married the former Rita Aderman on Sept. 18, 2005 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Niagara. He worked for the Niagara Grocery Store for many years.
He was active in the Special Olympics where he enjoyed playing basketball and walking and also enjoyed golfing, bowling and teaching young children the game of basketball. He was member of St. Anthony Catholic Church, where he served as an usher.
Survivors include his wife, Rita of Niagara; a brother, Joe (Rosemary) Kososki of Daggett, Mi.; a sister, Amy (Kevin) Wiedeman of Rhinelander and many nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his step-father, Raymond Mastie.
Visitation will be held at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Niagara on Monday, July 22 from 9 a.m. until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m., with Fr. Michael Lightner officiating, followed by burial in the Niagara Cemetery. Anderson Diehm Funeral Home of Stephenson, Mi. is assisting the family with arrangements.
