Marion L. (Wiltzius) DeVoe, 97, of Marinette, passed away Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at Luther Manor.
Born July 21, 1921 in Marinette, to the late Edward and Charlotte (Hornick) Wiltzius, she graduated from Our Lady of Lourdes High School in 1939 and worked at Lauerman's Department Store, Montgomery Wards, Wisconsin Bell Telephone Co. and Merlanie's Dress Store.
She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, ceramics, arts and crafts, bowling, playing cards, was a member of the M&M Bridge Club and other clubs for over 60 years, but especially loved being a seamstress and was an avid Packer fan. A member of Holy Family Parish, she was an active member of the Altar Society.
She is survived by a daughter, Sandy Parelli and her husband Armando Mendez, of Anaheim, Ca.; two granddaughters; a great-granddaughter and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a son, Dan Dakota; four brothers and sisters-in-law and a sister and brother-in-law.
Funeral Services were held at Thielen Funeral Home on Monday, July 15 from 10:30 a.m. until time of a service at 11 a.m., with Deacon Jerome Thetreau officiating. Burial will be in Forest Home Mausoleum in Marinette.
