Zachary (Zak) David Rusch, 28, of Coleman, went to Heaven on Sunday, August 4, 2019 at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay with his family by his side, as a result of a tragic accident on August 2, 2019.
Zak was born on March 16, 1991 to Darren and Lynn (Rabas) Rusch. He graduated from Coleman High School with the class of 2009. He was employed by Nelsons Tree Service. He had a passion for life and lived each day to the fullest. He reconnected with his sandbox playmate and love of his life Chrissy Harris four years ago.
He is survived by his love, Chrissy and his God given blessing, Millena; His loving parents, Darren and Lynn; Siblings, Amber (Aaron) Nowak, Arren (Britt) Rusch and Chelsey (Zach) Rusch; Nieces and Nephews, Gabby, Marshall (Godson), Lincoln and Leo Nowak, Gentry and Maverick Rusch and Grandparents, Walter and Jane Rusch and Nancy Rabas.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Anton Rabas.
The family will greet relatives and friends on Saturday, August 10th at the Safe Haven Community Church, N5238 Parkway Rd., Pound WI, 54161 from 10 AM - 1PM. The Service will be at 1PM with Pastor Mark Kostreva officiating. Rhodes Charapata Funeral Home is assisting the family.
The family would like to thank Brazeau Rescue, Eagle 3 and all the staff at St. Vincent Hospital for their tremendous care and support they gave Zak and our Family. Especially want to thank his nurses Heather and Bridget for everything they did.
Zak wasn't done helping people even at his death. He was an organ donor. He will be giving new life and hope to many people with his organ and tissue donation.
