Eugene Hoffman, 91, of Kelly Lake, passed away Saturday morning, Sept. 21, 2019 at Atrium Post Acute Care of Oconto Falls.
Born June 17, 1928, to Charles and Fannie (Soukup) Hoffman, he married Helen Gusick on Sept. 23, 1950 in Pound and they owned and operated a family farm in the Kelly Lake area until retiring.
In retirement, he enjoyed making cedar crafts and also was sextant at Pine Hill Cemetery in Spruce for many years.
Survivors include two sons, Dan "Killer" Hoffman and Donald (Jane) Hoffman, both of Kelly Lake; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; a sister, Marlene (Marvin) Rosner, Pound; and a brother-in-law, Julius Panske, Porterfield.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Helen in 2011; four brothers; two sisters and a daughter-in-law, Sandra Hoffman.
Visitation will be held at Jones Funeral Service in Oconto Falls Saturday, Sept. 28 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. with burial in Pine Hill Cemetery in the Town of Spruce. Memorials can be made to a charity of one's choice.
