THE CITY REBORN FROM THE ASHES OF AMERICA'S MOST DISASTROUS FOREST FIRE

Ronald "Ron" Milbrath, age 77, of Crivitz, formerly of Milwaukee and Lake Noquebay, passed away on Monday, February 24, 2020, following a courageous battle with cancer. He was born Sept 4, 1942 in Milwaukee to Hilbert and Gertrude Milbrath. On Sept 10, 1977, Ron was united in marriage to Peggy Albright in Milwaukee. He was employed for many years at Rocktenn Company in Milwaukee.
In 2001, the couple moved to their lake cabin on Lake Noquebay and they later moved to Crivitz. Ron was also employed by Saputo Cheese in Lena until his retirement. Ron was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing every season until he was no longer able to because of his illness.
Ron is survived by his wife, Peggy; two children, Karrie (Jed) Feely and Jim (Maripat) Albright; two grandchildren, Seth and Tom; a brother, Gary (Sandra) Milbrath; two nieces and a nephew, Jerry, Sherry and Debbie and other relatives and friends.
Ron was preceded in death by his parents and a brother-in-law, Allen "Bud" Murrack.
