Seth L. Malawka, 22, of Menominee, Mi., tragically passed away Saturday, May 2, 2020 due to injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.
Born May 6, 1997 in Marinette, to Scott and Heidi (Kamin) Malawka, he graduated from Menominee High School in 2015. He worked at Chem Design in Marinette, where he rapidly excelled as a chemical operator.
He enjoyed playing video games, hanging out with his close group of friends, was an accomplished fisherman and hunter, but especially liked mudding in his truck and long motorcycle rides. His favorite place to be was Daytona Beach, Fla. with his friends kicking up some sand.
All that have known Seth will miss his spark for life and his help anyone attitude. He was truly a life taken too soon.
Survivors include his parents, Scott and Heidi of Menominee, Mi.; two sisters, Loren (Greg) Schlichting of Oshkosh and Marah (Jordan Botbyl) Malawka of DePere; a brother, Kyle (Sara) Krueger of Wisconsin Rapids; nieces and nephews, Brynn, Owen, Gage, Brody, Ean, Averie and Charlotte; maternal grandmother, Diann Kamin-Jansen of Green Bay and his aunts; uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Jerry Kamin and paternal grandparents, Alex and Aldea Malawka. The family would also like to acknowledge his friends that gave him such joy, Tanner Russell, Jeff Doboy, Dylan Gustafson, Paul Olson, Lance Hanneman, Lee Burdue, Erik Behnke, Nick McBridy, Trevor Kloida, Blake Elliot and Jeff Barry.
Due to the current pandemic, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date to be announced. Cadieu Funeral Home of Menominee is assisting the family with arrangements.
