Wausaukee Road Crew Constructs Hall Ramp

Chair Jeff Engelman presided at the Wausaukee Town Board meeting June 9 at 7 PM at the Wausaukee Town Hall.
Also present were Supervisor 1 Bob Jicha; Supervisor 2 David Tomasino; Supervisor 3 Matthew Jicha; Supervisor 4 Dennis Taylor; Treasurer Sally Hultquist; Clerk Cheryl Stumbris and Bob Wesolowski.
Agenda was approved as were operators license for Terri Steiner, minutes, and financial report which showed May 31 balance in Checking $27,474.63, and MM General Account $ 383,695.69.
Vouchers were reviewed and approved.
Liquor license was approved for Bear Point Yacht Cluband Liquor/Cigarette licenses for Sociables Bar and Grill, and Operators licenses for Gina Martens, Tim Steiner, and Terri Steiner.
Engelmann opened discussion regarding ramp at front entrance of Town Hall. After reviewing quote received the board agreed that Bob Jicha and road crew will do construction.
Road construction 2020 has started and crew is doing the graveling and culvert replacements. Scott Construction will be in the area week following 4th of July. Per Rural Insurance recommendations the Town board agreed to use rocks as parking barriers in front of the Town Hall.
