Wausaukee Enterprises Gets M&M Area Grant

Wausaukee-Wausaukee Enterprises, Inc. received a grant of $1,120 from the Community-Wide Endowment held at the M&M Area Community Foundation.
Wausaukee Enterprises will use the money to purchase new computers and technology for the individuals that are served at the facility. This new technology will help give access to educational and vocational resources that they may not have had previously. These resources are then used to help assist individuals gain greater independence within their community.
The staff and individuals served at Wausaukee Enterprises are grateful for the continued support. Local non-profits are very fortunate to have an organization such as the M&M Area Community Foundation in our community. Wausaukee Enterprises is a non-profit community-based rehabilitation facility that was established in 1969 and currently serves disabled adults in Marinette County.
Community foundations build and strengthen the communities that we live in by providing the means for both private and corporate donors to create permanent funds targeted to identified community needs.
