Bernice M. (Bauman) Harper, 92, of Peshtigo, passed away Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at Rennes Health Center-West.
Born Nov. 17, 1927 in the Town of Grover, to the late Otto and Leona (Lemke) Bauman, she married Grant Wallace Harper. She worked at Badger Paper Mill as a Credit Manager/ Bookkeeper for 45 years until retiring.
She was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church, where she played the organ there and for St. John's Lutheran Church in Grover for many years. She enjoyed traveling, especially her trip to Europe and the Holy Land.
She is survived by a brother, Earl Bauman of Oconto; nieces and nephews, Brian Bauman, Linda Marvel, Peggy Schottz and Bill, Paul and Scott Exworthy.
Including her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Grant; a brother, Roy Bauman; two sisters-in-law, Sharon and Audrey and a niece, Laura.
Family received relatives and friends on Tuesday, July 21 at Zion Lutheran Church in Peshtigo from 10 a.m. until time of Memorial Services at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Peshtigo. Berth and Rosenthal Funeral Home of Peshtigo is assisting the family with arrangements.
