Charles E. "Charlie" Walker Sr., 88, of Wausaukee, passed away Friday, Nov. 27, 2020 at Aurora Medical Center Bay Area in Marinette.
Born Nov. 13, 1932 in Cassville, Mo., to the late Clyde and Pearl (McKim) Walker, he married his wife Vesta and they were married for 62 years until her passing. He then married Viola and they were together for the past six years. He worked as a piece cutter logger for 25 years in Marinette County.
A musician, he enjoyed playing old-time favorites at nursing facilities and local establishments. He was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Wausaukee.
Survivors include his wife, Viola; a son, Clyde (Lorelei) Walker; a grandson; three great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren and his brother, Bob (Tracy) Walker.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Vesta and a son, Charles Jr.
A Graveside Service will be held Thursday, Dec. 3, 2020 at 2 p.m. in Amberg Cemetery. Roubal Funeral Home of Wausaukee is assisting the family.
