Child Development Day at Wausaukee
Screening for children ages three and four years will take place on Thursday, Dec. 6, in the 4K classroom and physical/occupational therapy rooms in the Wausaukee School from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Each child's coordination, socialization, self-help, speech-language and thinking skills will be assessed in a comfortable, play-centered environment. Hearing and vision screenings will also be provided.
The screening allows parents to find out how a child is growing and developing, and find answers for any parenting questions/concerns. Children must turni 3 or 4 by Sept. 1, 2013, in order to attend the screening. All children need to be screened before attending the 4 year-old kindergarten program. To schedule a screening contact Carol Primakow, Elementary Secretary, at 715-856-5152, ext. 265.
