John E. Bargenquast
John E. Bargenquast, 71, died Tuesday, Feb. 12.
Born Nov. 13, 1941 to Erwin and Melba (Schroeder) Bargenquast in Milwaukee, he married the former Dolores Stujenske in Marinette on June 28, 2002.
He worked as a tool and die maker for Paper Converting and his greatest love was the Green Bay Packers. He also enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing and was an artist and craftsman. He loved spending time at his rustic log cabin in Marinette which he built. He enjoyed wildlife and feeding the birds. Among all these he also found time to read.
His wife, Dolores survives, along with two brothers, Andrew (Jan) Bargenquast and Lee (Yvonne) Bargenquast; a sister, Ann (Raymond) Held; an aunt, Ruth Bargenquast and nieces, nephews, grandnieces and nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, other relatives and friends.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 22 at Lyndahl Funeral Home, 1350 Lombardi Ave., Green Bay. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested in his name to the charity of ones choice.
