THE CITY REBORN FROM THE ASHES OF AMERICA'S MOST DISASTROUS FOREST FIRE
Betty Scott, 79, of Crivitz, formerly Wausaukee, died on Tuesday, May 28 at NEWCare Convalescent Center.
Born in Green Bay on March 7, 1934, daughter of the late Walter and Gladys (Morgan) Van Egren, she was always smiling, had a wonderful attitude and sense of humor. She enjoyed making cement decorations and was on the Wausaukee Rescue Squad for many years.
She is survived by seven children, Monica (James) Melohn, Linda (Rod) Waldvogel, Deborah (Dale) LeMere, Charlene Curtis, Gladys (Gary) Dominski, Michael Scott and Clayton (Karen) Scott. She is further survived by numerous grandchildren and extended family.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Worthy.
Funeral service was at 11 a.m. on Monday, June 3, 2013, at Messar-Roubal Funeral Home in Wausaukee with Deacon Patrick Whitcomb officiating. Family and friends called one hour prior to the funeral on Monday. Interment was in Amberg Cemetery.
