Community Ed Summer Classes
Summer schedule for Crivitz Community Ed includes a Fitness class/with Zumba moves Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. in the High School Auditeria. If enough interest is shown, a morning class will be scheduled for Wednesdays. Register and select a time most interested in: 7 a.m., 8 a.m. or 10 a.m. Fee is $2 per class.
Community Ed will offer a 6 week class to sharpen up golf game if there is enough interest. One classroom lesson will be offered prior to the 6 weeks of instruction. Hunters Glen has offered the use of their course for the instruction. Fees will be $13 to cover instructor's costs. Call for more information 715-854-2721 ext. 442
Open Fitness Center is from 3:30-9 p.m. Monday through Friday. Available for use are weight equipment, tread mill, incumbent bike, elliptical, open walking, Weight Watchers meetings and Fitness/Zumba classes.
Summer School dates are Crivitz Elementary June 6th-July 3rd from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. with lLunch provided.
Big Get Skinny is preparing for a second season - Big Get Skinny 2. If overweight and interested in losing 20 pounds or more and like to compete, start developing a team. The first group meeting will be in July to determine the needs to be met with the second season. Date is yet to be determined. Strategies, struggles and things that motivate will be topics. Cash prize of $500 will be awarded to the first team to lose 100 pounds. There will be other prizes with team captains determining them.
