David A. Bierhals
David A. Bierhals, 69, of Green Bay, died unexpectedly Friday morning, June 14 at a Green Bay hospital.
The son of Elmer and Ethel (Ward) Bierhals was born July 30, 1943 in Pulaski.
On May 21, 1994 he married Barbara (Riese) Schuster and the couple made their home in Green Bay for the past 19 years. He worked for Kendall Mfg. for many years and later at Woodman's Foods in Green Bay. He loved bus trips to casinos and playing the slot machines. He also enjoyed gardening and yard work.
Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Bobbi (David) Barclay of Chicago, Ill. and their children, Thomas David and Katherine Ruby Barclay; a stepson, Charles D. Schuster of Columbus and a stepdaughter, Christine Schanen (special friend, Mike Peas) of Horicon; two brothers, Kenneth Bierhals of Pulaski and Gary Bierhals of Oconto; two sisters, Sharon Zielinski of Pulaski and Donna (Larry Sr.) Karcz of Sobieski and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Bobby, Richard, and Ronald Bierhals; a brother-in-law, Chester Zielinski and a niece, Amy Karcz.
Friends called at Marnocha Funeral Home, Pulaski from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, June 17. Visitation continued at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 18 at St. John's Lutheran Church, 3374 Co. C, Morgan until the funeral service at 11 a.m. Pastor Paul Heykes officiated and burial followed in the Morgan Cemetery.
