THE CITY REBORN FROM THE ASHES OF AMERICA'S MOST DISASTROUS FOREST FIRE
Eleanor Ellie (Miller) Bourgeois, 82, of Cedarburg, passed away there on Thursday, June 13.
Born on April 14, 1931 in Peshtigo to the late Harvey and Doris Miller, she graduated from Peshtigo High School in 1949. She was married to James Bourgeois for 60 years.
Her husband, James survives, along with a son, James, jr. (Colleen) of Fredonia; a daughter, Debra Ann Bourgeois of Minnesota; two grandchildren; siblings, Arlene Ducky Chaltry of Black River Falls, Virginia Ginger Worm of Janesville and Kenneth (Mary) Miller of Milwaukee and other relatives and friends.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Ronald and two infant brothers, George and David.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, June 20 at 2 p.m. at St. Francis Borgia South Catholic Church, Cedarburg. Visitation will be on Thursday at the church from noon until time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials of ones choice are appreciated. Mueller Funeral Home & Crematory, Cedarburg is in charge of the arrangements.
