Carol Ann Lemke Piano Students Perform in NPA

Piano students of Carol Ann Lemke of Crivitz who recently performed in the National Piano Auditions at the Piano Gallery in Green Bay were honored during a recital at her studio on Left Foot Lake.
The National Piano Audition is sponsored by the American College of Musicians and held at various centers throughout the United States and parts of Europe and Asia.
The students are tested similarly to conservatory exams with musicianship, transposition and sight-reading phases and perform as many as 10 memorized compositions representing the baroque, classic, romantic and modern eras.
Each students received a NPA pin with the year engraved. Jessica Kust received the 75 Point Trophy for achieving top talent scores. Additionally, Grant Lemke-Scott and Kust received top talent bars. Donovan Lemke-Scott and Parker Prusinsky were recipients of their three year stars.
Mrs. Lemke is a Nationally Certified Teacher of Piano and in the American College of Musicians Hall of Fame. She has been entering students in the National Auditions for 42 years.
