Muriel A. Kienitz
Muriel A. Bim Kienitz, 83, of Peshtigo passed away Friday, June 28 at Bay Area Medical Center, Marinette.
Born April 24, 1930 in Llewellyn, Pa. to Irving and Muriel Fetterolff, she spent her early life there before her marriage to Sidnay D. Kienitz, sr. on July 29, 1950.
With changing duty stations a part of his military career with the United States Navy, they resided at various locations around the United States and moved to the Marinette area in June of 1968. As a military wife, she devoted her time to her family and raising three children. She had been a member of the Order of Eastern Star.
She is survived by three children, Sidnay D. jr. (Debbie DeGrave) Kienitz, Jeffrey D. (Karen Erickson) Kienitz and Genevieve L. Kienitz; seven grandchildren and two brothers, David Fetterolff and Leslie Young.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Sidnay D. Kienitz, sr. and two grandchildren.
Friends called at Hansen-Onion-Martell Funeral Home in Marinette after 4 p.m. on Tuesday, July 2 until time of the funeral services at 7 p.m. Rev. Jon Nelson officiated and entombment was in Glenwood Memorial Gardens.
