Family and friends called at Bethany United Methodist Church, Green Bay from 9 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 11 a.m., on Monday, July 1, for Margery McFarlane, 86, of De Pere.
Pastor Randell Richter officiated and interment was in Mount Calvary Cemetery, De Pere. Ryan Funeral Home and Crematory of De Pere assisted the family. She died unexpectedly on Thursday, June 27.
The daughter of the late Allen and Laura (Engel) Sumnicht was born on Oct. 19, 1926 in Columbus and married Robert Bob McFarlane there on Sept. 7, 1946. She enjoyed taking pictures and spending time with friends and family.
Survivors include her husband, Bob; children, Gary (Kathie) McFarlane, Dick (Karen) McFarlane and Sue (Bart) Collins; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
