Marinette Heritage Car, Bike Show On July 14
The 3rd annual Logging & Heritage Festival Bike and Car Show will be held Sunday, July 14th at the conclusion of the parade. The Marinette Elks Lodge #1313 and Blue Bunny Ice Cream are sponsors. Cars and bikes will be placed along Eggener and Ludington Streets, and the Farmers & Merchants parking lot.
Entrance for participants will be at the registration tent on the corner of Wells and Eggener Street. Parking attendants will be available for directions. There is no charge to participate.
The event is free to the public for viewing. The show will be held from noon to 4 pm with trophy presentations scheduled for 3:30 pm. Food, non-alcoholic beverages, door prizes and music by Mystic Dj will be available on the grounds.
Participation is expected to increase in size with over 100 vehicles and bikes being shown. All makes, models and years are welcome and judging will take place during the afternoon. Trophies will be awarded for Marinette Mayors Choice, Elks Choice, Peoples Choice, Participants Choice, Kids Choice and one for the Farthest Away.
Informational goody bags and specially created dash plaques will be given to the first 100 participants. Promotional items from several area merchants are included. Any additional items from local merchants who wish to be included can be dropped off at the Marinette Welcome Center by Monday, July 8. Items may include discount coupons, key chain holders, pens, tablets, etc.
