Jean Marie Casselbury
Jean Marie Casselbury, 46, of Menominee passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 14 at Bay Area Medical Center, Marinette.
Born on Dec. 27, 1966 in Libertyville, Ill. to the late Thomas Populorum, sr. and Barbara (Karse) Populorum, she graduated from Menominee High School in 1985.
She married John Casselbury on May, 2, 1987 at Resurrection Church in Menominee and worked in the produce department at Wal-Mart. She enjoyed putting puzzles together and spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter.
Along with her mother Barbara, she is survived by her husband, John; a daughter, Kimberly (Zack Milan) Casselbury, both of Menominee; a son, Andrew (Kari) Casselbury of Marinette; one granddaughter; two brothers, Robert (Carla) Williams and Richard Williams and many other family members and friends and her canine buddies.
In addition to her father, Thomas, she was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Populorum, jr. and mother-in-law, Nancy Casselbury.
Funeral services will be held at Cadieu-Thielen Funeral Home on Thursday, July 18 at 7 p.m. Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 p.m. until the time of prayers at 7 p.m. Deacon Vincent Beckley will officiate and burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Menominee, Mich. A memorial fund has been established in her name. Any expressions of sympathy and kindness can be directed to a family member.
