Theodore (Ted) Daniels, Sr., 93, of Beaver passed away on Thursday, July 11, 2013 at Rost-Heubner House in Crivitz.
The son of the late Marie and Stanley Danielski was born on March 8, 1920 in Chicago, IL and married Margaret (Marge) Cizmarek on November 9, 1940 in Oak Park, IL. The couple lived in Cicero, IL where Ted worked at Western Electric as a supervisor and union steward.
They moved to Westchester, IL and later to Cape Coral, FL and Blairsville, GA, and then to Beaver to be with their daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Jerry Martens. His wife, Marge, preceded him in death on July 16, 2011. He enjoyed wood carving, fishing, traveling and boating.
Surviving are the couples two children, Ted Jr. (Carole) Daniels of Sandy Springs, GA, and Barbara (Jerry) Martens of Beaver; 4 grandchildren, Jay (Connie) Martens, Amanda (Scott) Tiemann, Stephanie Daniels and Robert Daniels. Also 2 great-grandchildren, Conner and Noah Tiemann. He is also survived by a sister, Lucille (Joe) Zay and a brother, Art (Rose) Daniels, both of Chicago, IL; a half-sister, Geri Cushing of Wauconda, IL and a half-brother, Norman Bennett of Big Bear Lake, CA.
