Robert Gerald Hanley
Robert Bob Gerald Hanley, 64, Oconto, passed away Sept. 4, with family by his side.
Born Sept. 19, 1948 in South Milwaukee to the late Gerald and Carol Hanley, he graduated from South Milwaukee High School in 1967 and married his high school sweetheart, Pat Chmielinski in 1969. The couple recently moved to Oconto so he could spend his days fishing the Green Bay.
Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Pat; three children, Denise (Tom) Falkowski of Wausau, Matt (Carmen) Hanley of Minneapolis and Chris (Jeff) Bass of South Milwaukee; three grandchildren and many other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Gerald and Carol Hanley and a granddaughter, Jaelyn.
Visitation will be held Thursday, Sept. 12, from 9:30 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. at St Francis Solanus Catholic Church, 724 Mader St., Gresham, with burial to follow. Lunch will be served following the service at the church hall. Rhodes Charapata Funeral Home is assisting the family. In lieu of flowers donations can be sent to The Piarist Missions, P.O.
