Marlene Elizabeth Gerbenskey
Marlene Elizabeth (Mountcastle) Gerbenskey passed away Sunday, Sept. 15, in Crivitz.
Born in Milwaukee March 11, 1944 to George and Elizabeth Mountcastle, she graduated from Bay View High School and later married Charles Gerbenskey. She was an active volunteer with the VFW Post in Hartland and was a clown for years. She will be remembered for her sharp wit, courage, determination and heart of gold.
She is survived by two sons, James ( Debbie) Lundberg, and Wayne ( Tori) Lundberg; a daughter, Dawn ( David) Knutson; five grandchildren, a great-grandchild; a brother,Tommy and many good friends, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and 10 siblings.
Family and friends are invited to join in a celebration of life at Fuzzy's in Crivitz on Thursday Sept. 19 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
