THE CITY REBORN FROM THE ASHES OF AMERICA'S MOST DISASTROUS FOREST FIRE
Kenneth Klusman, 72, of Mountain passed away Wednesday, Oct. 2 with his family by his side.
Born Feb. 12, 1941 to the late Herman and Dolores (Czaplewski) Klusman, he served in the United States Army for 23 years. He married Janice Venturini in Milwaukee on June 28, 1986 and worked for the City of Milwaukee. After retiring, they moved to the Mountain area in 1995. He especially loved to deer hunt.
He is survived by his wife and best friend, Janice Klusman of Mountain; a daughter, Kathy (Dewey) Mays of Mountain; four sons, Mark Sobczyk, James (Donna) Welch and Jeffery Welch, all of Milwaukee and Ryan (Joy) Grede of Oshkosh; a sister, Diane Klusman of Milwaukee; two brothers, Roger (Janet) Klusman and Clifford Klusman, both of Milwaukee; 11 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Arnold Klusman and a sister-in-law, Andi Klusman.
A gathering of family and friends will be held at Gruetzmacher Funeral Home on Saturday, Oct. 12 from 9 a.m. until time of Memorial Service at 11 a.m. with Sister Marla Clercx officiating.
