Nancy J. Ihde
Nancy J. Ihde, 75, of Grover, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family, to be with her Lord and Savior on October 21, 2013.
Born on November 14, 1937 in Marinette, she was the daughter of the late Leo and Agnes (Edelberg) Goldsmith. On July 22, 1961 she married Richard Ihde at First Trinity Lutheran Church in Marinette and the couple celebrated 52 years together. Nancy was a member of First Trinity Lutheran Church, taught Sunday school and a choir member at the church.
Nancy is survived by, her husband, Richard, 3 daughters, Jodi (Patrick) Mosupye of Green Bay, Sherri (Jeff) Haynes of Peshtigo and Holli Ihde of Grover; 3 sisters, Eunice Schewe of Marinette, Lois (James) Polzin and Joan (Arthur) Thurow, both of Peshtigo, 7 grandchildren, Patrick (Jamie); Trevor (Elizabeth); Tyler; Nathan (Alyssa); Lissa; Ashley (Drew); and Taylor (Jake).
great-grandchildren, Alaina, Brylie and Cayle. Also survived by, a daughter-in-law, Darcie Ihde of Cecil; 3 sisters-in-law, Eunice and Jewel Goldsmith and Audrey Cisar and many nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by a son, Chuck Ihde, 2 brothers, Donald and Gerald and a granddaughter, Erica.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 26, from 11:00 am until time of services at 1:00 pm at First Trinity Lutheran Church in Marinette (920 Wells St.) Rev. Fred Stubenvoll Jr will be officiating and burial will be in St. Johns Cemetery in Grover. Berth & Rosenthal Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
The family would like to thank the Oncology Unit staff at Aurora Medical Center, Dr. Osama Halaweh and staff and Unity Hospice for their wonderful and compassionate care.
