Warner E. Lund
Warner E. Lund passed away on Oct. 21 at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay.
Born Dec. 9, 1933 in Marinette to Warner A. and Margaret (Hornibrook) Lund, he lived his entire life there except for two years that he served in the United States Army.
He was employed by Ansul Chemical for 36 years, retiring in 1995. After retirement he enjoyed traveling with his son, Jeff, to many of Americas National Parks. He was a member of First United Methodist Church of Marinette.
He is survived by three daughters, Cindy (Mark) Owen, of Chicago, Diana (Dave) Ziegler, of Seymour and Sue Lund, of St. Cloud, Minn.; two sons, Bob Lund (Nancy Bucholtz), of Marinette and Jeff Lund, of Franklin; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, David Lund and a grandson, Jason Lund.
Friends may call at Hansen-Onion-Martell Funeral Home from 5 p.m. until time of funeral services at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 24, with Rev. Kevin Dembinski officiating. Burial will be in Forest Home Cemetery.
