Donica Lynn Behling, 46, passed away on Oct. 28.
Born June 6, 1967 to Don and Raenie (Techmeier) Behling in Watertown, she attended Marinette Schools and graduated from Marinette High School. She was employed by the Marinette and Menominee Holiday Station Stores.
She was a light to many with her smile and caring nature and enjoyed baking, decorating cakes, collecting, attending events, and helping where she could.
She is survived by her mother, Raenie; a sister, Donelle and a brother, Rick, all of Marinette; uncles, Robert (Marnee), of Johnson Creek, Harold (Ellen) Techmeier, of Porterfield, Keith (Kyeung) Techmeier, of Washington and Stanley (Laurie) Techmeier, of rural Marinette; an aunt, Janice (Jerry) Dal Santo, of Porterfield and special friends, Jeff, Carol, and Debby.
She was preceded in death by her father, Don Behling; paternal grandparents, Lorain and Reinhold Boppa Behling; maternal grandparents, Harold and Bernice; significant other, Paul Madtson and a beloved teacher, Mr. LaPorta.
Friends may call at Thielen Funeral Home on Saturday, Nov. 2 from 2 p.m. p.m. until a time of shared memories and stories at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in her name.
