Steven P. Smith
Steven Steve Paul Smith, 40, passed away unexpectedly on Nov. 9 at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay.
Born in Antigo on March 4, 1973 to Michael and Barbara Smith of Silver Cliff, he grew up in that area and enjoyed spending time with multiple cousins. After high school in Wausaukee, he moved to the Fox Valley area where he met his wife, Peri (Ohman) Smith. They married Nov.15, 1999 and resided in the Fox Valley area until 2006 when they purchased a home in the Silver Cliff area.
He was a very giving person, donating his organs so that others could live on. He often said, Live life to the fullest with no regrets. Besides his family, he also enjoyed spending time outdoors, hunting, riding ATV and cookouts with friends and family. When he wasnt able to be outdoors, he enjoyed painting and drawing. He will be deeply missed by family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Peri (Ohman) Smith and their three children, Samantha, Michael, and Kimberlee, all of Silver Cliff; parents, Michael and Barbara Smith, of Silver Cliff; a sister, Juanita Young, of Amberg; two nieces, of Amberg; paternal grandparents; maternal grandmother and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A celebration of his life will be held at the Rhodes-Charapata Funeral Home in Crivitz on Tuesday, Nov. 26 from noon until 3:30 p.m. with a Memorial Service to follow.
