Roberta J. Riedy, 69, of Peshtigo passed away at home Nov. 22.
Born Nov. 18, 1944 in Marinette to the late Nick and Margaret (Winkler) Liberatore, she graduated from Peshtigo High School in 1963. She then graduated from Milwaukee Beauty School and also as a Certified Nurse's Aide. She worked at Marinette General Hospital for many years, Emerson Electric for over 10 years and Accent Building Maintenance for four years. On Sept. 3, 1994, she married the love of her life, Larry Riedy in Peshtigo.
She loved spending time with her family, enjoyed time outdoors, camping, reading, cooking, baking, gardening, knitting, crocheting and taking care of her cats.
She is survived by two daughters, Heidi (significant other Raymond Razzi) Fox and Suzette Boettcher, both of Peshtigo; two sons, Robert Fox, of Oconto and Gene Fox, of Peshtigo; eight grandchildren; a sister, Yvonne (Jim) Lemery and a brother, David (Vicki) Heinz. She will be sadly missed by close friends Karen, Sharon and many other friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Larry; a son, Russell; an infant brother, Jacob and a sister, Karen.
Private family services were held. Thielen Funeral Home assisted the family.
